God is limited by us. Of course, I don't mean that He faces any real sort of limitation. What I mean is that we often limit the full power of God that could work through us. We limit Him by our fear, our doubt, and so much more. But, what if we didn't? What if the full power of God was working in and through us? How would we live differently?
I think we'd live with a lot more freedom. We would find our identity in Christ. We would obey God in (seemingly) crazy ways. We would witness God work in ways we could never imagine.
God has given me a taste of how powerfully He wants to work through us. This week, I saw God heal people through prayer. He clearly uses us for His glory! We are His vessels (2 Timothy 2:21). He brings His Kingdom to earth through us, meaning He reconciles people to Himself (2 Corinthians 5:18), He heals, and He brings life through us. And it's all to give God glory!
God has challenged the limitations I have put on Him. He is encouraging me to live boldly by the truth of who He says I am. What limitations have you placed on God?
